Vikki Gardner
With more than 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding—not only what brings you to therapy, but also the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and navigate the world. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.
My approach is integrative and compassionate, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, helping them develop greater self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and practical skills for moving forward. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, genuine, and collaborative— one where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment and develop a deeper sense of agency, connection, and possibility.
