I’ll let you in on a little secret: YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I understand how difficult it can be to express these feelings to others out of fear of judgement, mistrust, or even shame. Throughout the therapeutic process, we will work collaboratively as I help you to understand and overcome any negative thoughts and core beliefs impacting your emotional state and overall mental wellness. Together, we will develop a plan to promote healing, growth, hope, and positive lasting change.

    I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with a strengths-based approach to motivate change and empower my clients to reach their identified goals. My prior experience with co-occurring disorders and survivors of domestic violence will allow me to help you work through any trauma and establish healthy coping skills. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space that will allow you to unpack your thoughts and emotions authentically. Remember, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step” (Lao Tzu).
